Payment route
Direct card, Apple Pay, Atome, Amaze, Kris+, GrabPay or CardUp can change what the bank sees—and whether rewards are possible at all.
Include the payment route too — direct card, Apple Pay, Atome, Amaze, Kris+, GrabPay or CardUp.
Where the miles are going.
Your wallet
Log what you've already spent in each bonus bucket and the ranker warns you before you overshoot — figures persist on this device.
Wallet health check
Across everyday categories, the best earn rate your owned cards can reach. Green is covered, amber is capped or thin, red is a gap worth closing.
My card plan
Enter a typical month. We map the roles your existing cards can play, surface backup coverage, and estimate annual miles using the same cap-aware engine.
Estimates use your chosen wallet, current card rules and a typical month. They exclude welcome offers, non-card fees and unverified merchant MCCs.
Statement review
Upload one statement at a time. Miles Pilot reads it only in this browser, estimates what you earned versus what was available, and surfaces better card habits.
Privacy caveat. Your statement and, if needed, its password are processed only on this device. Neither is uploaded, stored, or sent to Miles Pilot, an AI service, or anyone else; both are discarded when you refresh or close this page. Standard bank PDFs work directly. Only scanned/image-only PDFs need a CSV or text export.

Info
It is not a highest-mpd leaderboard. Each recommendation checks the payment route, merchant category, card eligibility and the role that a limited bonus cap should play in your month.
Direct card, Apple Pay, Atome, Amaze, Kris+, GrabPay or CardUp can change what the bank sees—and whether rewards are possible at all.
The dashboard interprets your words and merchant clues, then maps the purchase to a likely spend category. The issuer’s MCC is the final authority.
It checks whether the card, channel, selected category, minimum spend, exclusions and remaining bonus cap actually qualify.
When rates are comparable, it protects specialised caps first and keeps flexible cards available for purchases with fewer alternatives.
A card can advertise 4 mpd but be ineligible for the route, merchant or payment channel—or its cap may already be used. The ranker uses the real rate available for this transaction.
It checks route, category and eligibility first. If two cards are genuinely comparable, it favours the narrower card role—for example, saving a flexible mobile-wallet cap for purchases without a dedicated category card.
Say what you are buying, where, the amount and how you will pay. “Dinner at a restaurant via Apple Pay, S$85” is more useful than “food”. Add a known merchant where possible.
Atome can replace the original merchant category; Amaze has a supported-card pairing; Kris+ can change the earning route; GrabPay wallet spend is not a new card transaction; and large excluded bills need CardUp where eligible.
The dashboard recommends a reliable general-spend card or explains when a payment rail earns nothing. It will not force a complicated workaround simply to chase a marginal gain.
Use it as a decision aid, not a guarantee. Merchant coding can differ even for similar businesses. Open the official issuer card-and-terms link in Your Wallet when a bonus matters.
It estimates earned versus potential miles, highlights likely routing misses, and surfaces habits worth planning around. The file—and any PDF password—stays in your browser and is discarded on refresh or close.
When you teach it that a phrase means a particular purchase type, that learning is local to your device unless you choose to submit a strategy for review. It is a hint, not an override of issuer terms.
